How do I cancel my subscription?

At Real Reach Co USA, we are dedicated to your long-term success. Because social media results are compound-based, all our plans require a three-month (90-day) minimum commitment to allow for proper onboarding, brand voice alignment, and measurable momentum.

Our Cancellation Process:

Step 1: Request via Chat. You can start the process right here in this chat by requesting a cancellation.

Step 2: Schedule a Review Meeting. To ensure we’ve done everything possible to meet your goals, our system will prompt you to schedule a brief 1-on-1 meeting with one of our administrators.

Step 3: Administrative Approval. During this meeting, we will discuss your feedback and troubleshoot any concerns. Following the call, the admin will process and approve your cancellation.

Step 4: Finalization. Once approved, your SMA access will be removed and your recurring billing will be terminated.

Important Note: If you are within your initial 90-day commitment, we encourage you to stay the course to see the full impact of our human-driven engagement strategy. If you choose to leave after the 90-day mark, there are no penalties or additional fees.
